Stitched Origami Swan

This was my first encounter with stitching, I finished it a long time ago but finally put it up. I love the geometric look of origami shapes and decided to stitch an origami swan graphic on canvas, since the canvas fabric is thicker, it took a bigger needle and lots of pressing to get it done. I've had that colorful embroidery thread for years, I'm glad I used it all. =)

I finally finished this project! Yay! I worked on it on my spare time and it feels it took forever. I made mistakes during the process and I had to start over a couple of times, I'm glad is done. I want to make an improved version with maybe origami swans? I'll share that in a couple of years ;)

Netflix Origami | Happy 2010!

Love NetFlix and origami. NetFlix Origami had the bright idea to combine the two, best part of it is that they have adapted these designs so you can use NetFlix flaps without alteration.
